I fully understand that Memaw's Farm Homeschool Social does not provide any insurance coverage for students enrolled in social blocks. 

My enrollment states that I release Memaw's Farm Homeschool Social, and all those affiliated in any fashion from any responsibility or liability from any injuries, accidents, or any medical issues all-inclusive involving my child. 

I also hereby give my permission for Laura Mann or other employees of Memaw's Farm Homeschool Social to have Emergency Medical Care administered to my child should situations deem necessary.

I understand that all Social Block Fees are due in advance and pertain regardless of attendance to hold my Socialite's place in their Social Block. 

(Two emergency passes will be granted yearly)

I understand that I must remain on the property for the entire Social Block. *SEE PTO OPTION
